location: the hotel was next to the main center, the beautiful capital of michoacán state and so. we found nice the bean corner coffee nearby with hot beverages.

Cannot find any fault.

During my recent Xmas stay, I appreciated the central location of this hotel, which was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. I also enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff, who offered excellent recommendations on local restaurants. the continental breakfast was a great start to the day.

The room felt small and cramped, and the bed was uncomfortable. There were also some missing components in the bathroom, and the towels were old and worn.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location was perfect as we were just minutes away from the beautiful capital of Michoacán state. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and it had all the necessary facilities we needed. We appreciated that we could park our car easily and transportation was easily accessible. Rose Maria, the staff member in charge of the breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast we received on some mornings was a great surprise and really added value to our stay.

We had a great surprise with the continental breakfast, thanks to Rose Maria. She was very friendly and made our mornings enjoyable. The price and location were also excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient and close to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered free breakfast which was delicious and gave us information on nearby restaurants. The room was modern and clean with nice decor. The bathroom was equipped with complimentary toiletries.

The noise level was unbearable in the common area. We could hear people talking and walking loudly, making it difficult to sleep.
